I love smelling good, who doesn't? While I have my mainstays (check out my favorite fragrances post), I switch every now and then depending on my mood, the weather or season. It's a girl thing which demands no further justification, haha!
Scentbird maybe the next best thing to happen amongst us fragrance lovers! In case you're not aware yet, it's a monthly subscription (yeah another one in the 'hood right?) but affordable at $14.95/month + free shipping!
Similar to most subscription boxes, you create a profile first and then choose from the shortlisted items. Take note, they carry 350+ authentic designer perfumes so it was a rather fun experience for me to select which one I want. The questionnaire made it easy so I finally settled for Dolce and Gabbana The One, a delicate mix of bergamot, vanilla, peach, amber and musk.
Considering that some companies don't ship perfumes to Hawaii, I was happy Scentbird does. The item came in mint condition with twist-up case and pouch. For reference, it's bigger than a standard deluxe size perfume (0.27 oz/ 8ml) so this will last me 3-4 wks, give or take. Initial box will have the atomizer (as photographed) and succeeding will just be refills, 'thought I'd let you know!
So what does my #1 sniffer a.k.a hubzilla think of Dolce and Gabbana The One? He actually loved it so a purchase of full-size bottle is happening very very soon!

DeleteI think Scentbird is fabulous! My "sample" is still going strong after a month. It's a huge sample especially since I don't wear the scent I received every day. I may have to check into D&G The One coz I love those ingredients
