Serums dominate my skincare but for hair and lips? I say why not! Marketed by Simon and Tom, a luxe company based out of Barcelona, Spain, Moroccan Treatment claims to nourish all hair types and tame frizz while Lips Care promise to increase hydration and volume. Did they live up to my expectations? scroll down for more details!

Lightly fragrant, this hair serum is made from high-grade argan oil which is rich in Vitamin E and fatty acids. While it is used primarily to restore hair shine, argan oil is also good to soften dry feet and hands, including brittle nails. I like using this product on damp hair to seal in moisture as well as to detangle. It does not weigh down my hair or make it look apocalypse-greasy.

Lips Care is lip balm with fruity fragrance and taste. I wish it came in a tube because jars in general are unhygienic to me. The accompanying brush is a little stiff so I prefer using my pinkie. Despite these trivial concerns, I like the hydration it rendered my lips. I stash lip balms everywhere so this little beauty is a keeper!

  1. def also prefer lip items in a tube of some sort. I have a few pots here but I hardly reach for them. Like you said not hygienic and also not as easy to pop on.

  2. Cailyn uses that same type of packaging for there lip balms, and though it's a cool looking package, I agree that they are difficult to carry around and apply. Hair oils are so important for me. I'm just applying my Darshana Indian Oil before I shampoo after jogging.

  3. I don't mind pot balms, as I use clean fingers, I'm the only one digging in and I blow through them so fast, I don't really have worries about growth of the nasties. For portability, I prefer tubes. :D I love hair oils and treatments.

  6. From your post, I think I would like both! I also prefer a tube for my lip balm but I'd try this one.

  7. These both look amazing! Does the hair serum contain any silicone?

  8. I don't like pot balms either; I hate getting product on my fingers and prefer directly applying balm from tubes or even chapsticks.

  9. I have used a hair serum. Forgive me, but I can't remember the name. Lip serums, I haven't used before. Great review and pics.
