You see, I try my best to walk the talk; it's not easy but living a healthy lifestyle does affect my overall disposition including my skin (plus a little help from great skincare brands). Recently I had the opportunity to pamper my body with Murad Detoxifying White Clay Body Cleanser and Rejuvenating AHA Hand Cream. The box came with instructions on how to use the Detoxifying White Clay Body Cleanser and Rejuvenating AHA Hand Cream. I'll take it up a notch to give your bath time a true spa-like experience. First, create the perfect ambience (dim or light a candle and play relaxing music) then exfoliate with your favorite scrub, wash, rinse, and while your skin is still damp, apply a quarter-sized amount of the clay body cleanser all over the body with massaging strokes. Repeat the same process for your hands but finish with the hand cream. Still feeling the me-time vibe? Apply face mask, lie down in bed and close your eyes for 15 minutes.
