Time for a new yoga or exercise mat! I'm talking about myself too, hence the suggestion, haha! But seriously, with all the sweat and beating her good 'ol mat had, it's always nice to have a new one either as a replacement or back up.

Run run run or dance dance dance with new trainers. Don't underestimate the power of right foot support when working out or you risk injury! I've tried different brands here and there but I always go back to Reebok because they're the most comfortable and lightweight pair of athletic shoes in my opinion. 'Ey even my work shoes are Reebok.

Look cute in sweat! I've said it before and I will say it again like yo' nagging mama, dress for the session hija. Wear proper clothing for body support and believe me, for that added motivation! I've found great brands and styles at discounted prices from Hautelook (referral link here), here's a sample for you... forgive moi and my shameless promotion... #fitandfab

Hydrate in style. Water is your BFF whether post-workout or not. Ditch your old plastic bottle and look chic with eco-friendly lightweight and reusable glass bottle!

Track it fashionista! First it's fitbit, now a chic accessory to conceal it. I love this metal hinged bracelet to pieces so it's on my wish list too!

Any suggestions you want to add?

  12. I have a Fitbit and I like that I can wear it inside my blouse on my bra. Tory Burch Fitbit bracelets are really too expensive just for my Fitbit. However, I would wear it as regular jewelry. And, a good sports bra is an investment too. There are so many cheap sports shoes and bras that don't do a thing for comfort or support. Getting good quality makes all the difference.
