Let me briefly interrupt your makeup musings with my comfort food, Potato Au Gratin! There are so many versions of this famous French dish, from using thick cream to several types of cheese but since I named this Easy-Bake a.k.a "the lazy way", I used ingredients that are dummy-proof. But I guarantee, this tastes just as good! Ready, set, bake!

Bon appétit!
Ingredients:
Baking potatoes (7-8 pcs)
Alfredo sauce
Sharp cheddar cheese
Extra Virgin Olive Oil
How-to:
Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees
Slice unpeeled potatoes, not too thick or too thin (as shown in the photo)
Drizzle olive oil in baking dish
Layer sliced potatoes, then pour Alfredo sauce (repeat 2 or 3 times)
Cover with aluminum foil
Bake for 30 minutes
Remove foil
Bake for another 30 minutes or until the top is quite brown (not burnt!)
Sprinkle cheese
Return dish to oven for 10 minutes or until cheese is fully melted

Bon appétit!
