Red Lips, Analytical Mind and Tom Ford Lip Color Matte Ruby Rush

I alternate between contacts and eyeglasses and whenever I wear the latter, chances are you will see me pared down, makeup-wise. Just a stroke of mascara, barely-these blush but rockin' bold in the lips department. Pretty much my signature look, you bet.

While I favor dark berry shades more, red is a must-wear for me year-round. Given my sublime experience with Tom Ford Lip Color Matte (check out my review of Black Dahlia, Pussycat and Velvet Cherry), procuring one more shade will definitely seal the deal for me. Trivial but c'mon give it to the girl with insane lipstick addiction, oki?

Similar to my previous experience, 07 Ruby Rush is creamy matte and never-drying. It feels luxurious with too-die for pigmentation. Matte is hard to pull off but Tom Ford crafted it to the level of perfection. Opaque in one swipe, sexy at two, femme fatale at three. Red lips are men's kryptonite. Add analytical mind and you're in for the win lady.
