Lemming Right Now :: Holiday Palettes

holiday palettes 2014, must-buy, must-have list, too faced la belle carousel, urban decay vice 3, tarte park avenue princess palette, laura mercier silky suede, it cosmetics luxe matte palette

Couple weeks ago, I shared my mini lip set must-buy's because I can't get enough of lipsticks...junkie here what else can I say. Today, let me tease you with holiday palettes I'm so excited about not just for my own consumption... hmmm, I'd say more for gift-giving this time! C'mon, you can never be too early to plan (at least that's how I am).

I'm actually interested in picking up La Belle Carousel for myself because I enjoyed last year's holiday palette from Too Faced. In a nutshell, it's a cute gift box (carousel-type) which features 12 eyeshadows, 2 bronzers (Chocolate Soleil and Sun Bunny), 2 blushes, and Better than Sex mascara (what a name ha?)

Laura Mercier was my fave makeup brand pre-blogging days. I don't know what happened between then and now but I'm really digging this Smokey Suede Limited Edition Palette. It screams vamp, don't you think so?

I take my word back. I knew I said I'm skipping Vice 3 from Urban Decay because my Vice 2 is under-utilized (review here). But see Urban Decay is running 20% off sitewide with code UDFANATICS14. That's why never say never girlie.

I love Tarte blush set but what made me more excited is the limited edition Tres Chic Park Avenue Princess Contour Palette. It has matte bronzer which suits my medium skin tone well,  a pink blush, and highlighter in champagne gold.

Confession time: I'm probably the only blogger who does not own any IT makeups. I think that will change now because I have my eyes set on Naturally Pretty Matte Luxe Shadow Palette and Brush. I've read nothing but nice reviews on this brand plus I don't own too many matte eyeshadows, trivial excuse I know!

What about you, what's on your wish list?

  3. I own that IT palette and I have to tell you, it's a good one. The surface is a bear! Velvet on an eye shadow palette. What were they thinking? But the shadows are first rate. The Vice Three is on my radar. I wasn't interested in the first two but I want this one. It should be mine, soon. I think I'm passing on the Too Faced holiday goodies, this year... I binged on Tarte. (Boy, did I ever.) I need all of the monies so that I can have #allofthegoodies KTHANXBAI :D
