At $6.99, this eyeliner (01 Black) glides smoother than Urban Decay's Zero. The application is easy and the color payoff is just superb. But what sold me is the smudge-proof formula which lasted way past my standard 8-hour road test.

I didn't even have to seal it with black eyeshadow, it is what it is. New fan here beauties! I will definitely purchase the other shades.

This left me feel a bit bummed, I got the L'Oreal infallible, and There is nothing infallible with it. Shame didn't Milani liquid eye before
